Salesforce Consultant

USA- Remote

We are looking for a Salesforce Consultant, who will manage all project deliverables, guide clients through the process of implementing and customizing Salesforce solutions, completing implementations within deliver successful accelerated implementation timelines; while consistently delivering exceptional levels of work quality and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Understand, analyze, and document customer requirements with design workshops with the customer.
  • Work with clients to gather key requirements on business processes and data needs on a per-project basis. 
  • Customize and localize Salesforce.com according to customer requirements
  • Own project delivery through full implementation lifecycle on multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Monitor and give feedback to Project Manager about potential risks and scope creep within the project and deliver the solution
  • Stay updated of CRM and Salesforce.com best practices applicable to industry
  • Investigate and implement third party tools that integrate with Salesforce.
  • Create reports for the management team to give a summarized information business specifics
  • Develop full migration and implementation plans that address both tactical and strategic needs of the client. 
  • Partner with the internal development team to create custom code, including composing of user stories, testing, and deployment. 
  • Manage data migration in relation to project scope and be familiar with data processing
  • Give post-project support to the client when needed.
  • Partner with sales to scope projects for clients.
  • Design and provide training for clients at various levels, including administrator and end users based on project implementation goals. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • 5+ years of salesforce experience with minimum 2 years experience as a salesforce Implementation Consultant
  • Knowledge of CRM technology and platforms
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other modules
  • Exceptional communication skills; presentation, facilitation, oral, written, listening and conflict resolution.
  • Leadership abilities across operational areas and in multiple project environments, with proven collaboration with operational partners, team members, and key stakeholders.
  • Ability to assign priorities in a fast-paced and changing environment

Certifications: 

  • Salesforce Administrator (or)
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant (or)
  • Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
