Integration Developer – MuleSoft

Job brief

An Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) Developer with at least 5 years of overall software development experience and 3 years in developing Integration (EAI) solutions primarily on MuleSoft. Experience in application development on Java is essential. 

We are looking for individuals with experience in building high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade solutions. 

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) solutions using MuleSoft, including end-to-end ownership of coding, debugging, and production issue resolution.
• Collaborate with project teams and business stakeholders to gather and understand integration and application requirements.
• Evaluate and recommend integration tools, software packages, and testing frameworks to support scalable and efficient solution delivery.
• Conduct feasibility analysis for upcoming initiatives and provide input to management on project viability and optimization opportunities.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex integration issues and recommend enhancements to improve system reliability and performance.
• Act as a technical lead, guiding and mentoring other developers by reviewing code, assigning tasks, and ensuring adherence to best practices within the team.

Requirements Skills:

• Proven experience in delivering production-ready integration solutions, with primary expertise in MuleSoft. Familiarity with at least one additional integration platform—such as Dell Boomi, Informatica, Workato, Celigo, or Talend—is required. 
• Background in Java-based application development is essential.
• Solid understanding of RDBMS concepts with hands-on experience working with databases such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL..

Required Qualification:

• Experience: 5 years of overall Software Development experience; Minimum 2 years in Application Development  and 3 years on EAI projects.
• Educational Qualification: BE/BTech/MCA/MS
