Lead Consultant – GTM

StreamForce Solutions is seeking a seasoned Lead Consultant – GTM with strong expertise in Salesforce Sales, Service Cloud, CPQ, Billing and knowledge of Finance systems.

As a Lead Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in working with our Architects and customers to design and architect GTM and Billing systems along with providing guidelines for strategy and roadmap. This position requires a comprehensive understanding and experience of both technical and business processes , as well as the capability to work with stakeholders at C-level and Strategy leaders of our clients, technical teams, and other stakeholders. You will bring a deep knowledge of subject matter expertise in M & A, Systems improvements & Operational efficiencies through platform standardization / processes in Marketing, Sales, Customer Support & Success and Finance Processes. Your role includes developing models that demonstrate the value of our solutions/design to customers, tackling complex transformation programs/projects, and resolving critical architectural and design challenges through innovative technical /business solutions. As Consultant, you will lead various programs and collaborate across teams, guiding business analysts and developers in implementing transformative initiatives that deliver significant business value for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong experience in M & A, Systems consolidation and data migration for CRM/GTM tech stack and Finance systems.
  • Requirements gathering, document process models – AS-IS and TO-BE.
  • Lead solution design workshops with business and IT stakeholders to develop the desired architectural design.
  • Assess multiple solution options, provide justifications, and estimate the required effort for proposed solutions. Clearly communicate the benefits, business impacts, and risks associated with the feasibility and functionality of solutions.
  • Design, configure and approach for testing various Salesforce & Revenue Cloud components, integrations with external systems, and data migration to realize the overall solution.
  • Offer guidance and support to project team members on best practices for implementing solutions.
  • Lead the design and deployment of Salesforce /GTM systems and other related solutions as required by project needs.
  • Support Marketing and Pre-sales activities
  • Demonstrate thought leadership through publishing blogs and articles, lunch & learn sessions with customers
  • Strong experience is needed in handling large M & A and data migration projects

Skill Set required:

  • Strong functional experience in GTM Tech stack, Finance is required
  • Working in Private Equity M & A team and SaaS industries is a plus
  • Added advantage – Understanding of Value Creation models, business process in SaaS/PE 
  • IT Knowledge: Solid understanding of various technology stacks, platforms, and frameworks.
  • Programming: Proficiency in one or more programming languages and the capability to read and write code.
  • Architecture Expertise: Ability to design and communicate architectural diagrams and technical schematics.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong skills in problem-solving to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Information Security: Knowledge of security best practices, including data protection and secure architecture design.
  • Project Management: Ability to contribute to project planning, resource allocation, and timeline management.

Required Qualification:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology/Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline is required.
  • 5-10+ years of experience in an enterprise-level role, preferably within a professional services organization, as a Lead / Architect or Senior Business Consultant with a prominent technology consulting firm, focusing on delivering moderate to complex ERP, Billing, and/or Salesforce solutions.
  • Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor and leader, partnering with business stakeholders and executives to create a vision and architecture for solutions to business challenges.
  • Extensive knowledge of the complete billing cycle, including product setup, quoting, ordering, invoicing, invoice templates, payment and payment gateway configuration, revenue recognition, financial reporting, and integration with ERP and financial systems.
  • Previous experience as a Lead Consultant with Salesforce CPQ and Billing or as a billing system architect with platforms such as Salesforce, Apttus, Zuora, or NetSuite and FSC (Financial Services Cloud/Deal Cloud)
  • Strong teamwork skills with exceptional communication abilities at both business and technical levels.
  • Experience in data and gap analysis, data conversion, migration, and creating interfaces and reports.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with executives and both technical and non-technical leaders.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Capable of leading the design and implementation of solutions and collaborating with the Project Management team to proactively identify risks/issues and develop mitigation plans.
  • Up-to-date with industry best practices and the latest features within the domain of expertise.
  • Self-motivated with a strong intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn and work with various technologies.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, managing multiple priorities and effectively handling stakeholder expectations.
  • Ideal candidates will have industry knowledge in SaaS, Private Equity, Investment bank along with GTM tech stack experience  and be proficient with the Salesforce Platform.

Certifications:

  • Preferred certifications include Revenue Cloud, Sales Cloud Consultant, or any ERP/Billing systems.
