Role Overview
The Practice Director – GTM will lead StreamForce’s Go-to-Market and Revenue Transformation practice, focusing on Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zuora Billing ecosystems.
This executive role combines strategic advisory, business development, and delivery leadership. The Practice Director owns P&L performance, drives growth and profitability, and ensures successful delivery of GTM transformation programs across Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud (CPQ/RCA), Data Cloud, AgentForce, and Industry Clouds for PE-backed SaaS enterprises.
You will engage directly with Operating Partners, CFOs, CROs, and portfolio executives, leading discussions on future-state GTM strategy and architecture, while scaling the practice through excellence in delivery and commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic & Business Leadership
- Lead the GTM Practice focused on PE and SaaS portfolio companies, defining its vision, offerings, and growth roadmap.
- Own the P&L – ensuring profitability, margin optimization, and sustained business growth.
- Develop repeatable frameworks for Salesforce RCA migrations, AgentForce AI enablement, and Data Cloud-powered analytics.
- Collaborate with architects and leadership to align the practice’s objectives with overall company strategy and financial targets.
Sales, Pipeline & Business Development
- Drive sales activity, supporting opportunity identification, pursuit strategy, and account growth.
- Lead proposal and bid management – overseeing scoping, solution design, and commercial modeling.
- Partner with alliances (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zuora) to build pipeline, co-develop go-to-market programs, and secure joint wins.
- Engage in executive sales presentations to position StreamForce as a trusted PE transformation partner.
Advisory & Client Engagement
- Lead strategic discussions and workshops with CFOs, CROs, and PE Operating Partners to define future-state GTM and financial architecture.
- Assess current-state GTM and financial operations, develop actionable roadmaps, and drive measurable outcomes.
- Act as a trusted advisor for Revenue Operations, Subscription Billing, and Quote-to-Cash processes.
- Build long-term executive relationships across portfolio networks to expand practice footprint.
Delivery Excellence
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of GTM transformation programs across Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zuora Billing.
- Ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery aligned with client success metrics.
- Implement governance frameworks, risk management practices, and performance tracking for all engagements.
- Champion delivery excellence, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing across teams.
Practice Growth & Team Leadership
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of Salesforce and RevOps architects and consultants.
- Drive practice expansion through capability development, resourcing strategy, and skill enablement.
- Create and manage accelerators, best practices, and reusable IP for RCA, billing automation, and financial analytics.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and client-centricity across the practice.
Collaboration & Enablement
- Collaborate with our partners and expand our brand in the market.
- Mentor architects and consultants in Revenue Cloud, Data Cloud, and HubSpot RevOps.
- Represent StreamForce in industry events (e.g., Dreamforce, portfolio leadership summits).
Qualifications & Experience
- 15+ years of experience in technology consulting, with 10+ years in Salesforce, GTM, or RevOps leadership roles.
- Proven track record in P&L ownership, delivery leadership, and business growth.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce eco-system (with deep expertise in Revenue, Customer 360), HubSpot, and Zuora Billing.
- Deep understanding of financial operations -Quote-to-Cash, Subscription Billing, and Revenue Recognition.
- Experience leading multi-cloud transformation programs in Private Equity or SaaS portfolio environments.
- Demonstrated success in executive sales, proposal leadership, and future-state architecture definition.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills at C-suite level.
- Salesforce certifications (Revenue Cloud, Data Cloud) preferred; HubSpot and Zuora certifications a plus.
