StreamForce Solutions LLC is a Florida-registered consulting firm providing GTM transformation, Salesforce implementation, M&A integration, analytics, and managed services to businesses worldwide.
For data collected through this website and our sales communications, StreamForce Solutions LLC is the data controller. Data processed during a client engagement is governed by the applicable client contract, not this policy.
When you visit this website: our server receives your IP address, browser type, and which pages you view. This is standard for any website and is used only for security. We do not use analytics software or behavioral tracking. We offer one optional marketing pixel, the LinkedIn Insight Tag, which is off by default and loads only if you opt in through our cookie settings. See Sections 4 and 6.
When you book a call: you use Calendly, a third-party scheduling tool. Calendly collects your name, email, and meeting preferences. We receive your booking details to prepare for and run the meeting. See Section 4 for details.
When you email or contact us: we receive whatever you share, typically your name, business email, company, and the topic of your inquiry. We use this to respond to you and, where appropriate, to follow up about our services.
How long we keep it: Inquiry data from non-clients is deleted after 24 months of no contact. Client contact data is kept for 7 years after contract end for legal and tax records. Server logs roll off after 90 days.

These companies are US-based. Google participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Calendly transfers from the EU/UK are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses. If you decline Performance cookies, Google Fonts will not load and no data is sent to Google. The LinkedIn Insight Tag loads only if you accept Marketing cookies; decline it and no data is sent to LinkedIn.

We do not use analytics or behavioral tracking cookies. The only marketing cookie is the optional LinkedIn Insight Tag listed above, which loads only if you opt in. Update your preferences any time via Cookie Settings in the footer.
