- Created a new Salesforce instance with CPQ installed in order to streamline the quoting and sales process.
- Integrated Netsuite via the use of Dell Boomi to automate the transactions from SalesForce to Netsuite.
- Created an integration with Adobe e-sign to automate the sending and reciept of quotes from Salesforce
- Migrated and transformed the existing data from NetSuite to SalesForce for all future customer transactions.
- Simplified the Marketing systems by transferring from Marketo to HubSpot, creating a singular system for Marketing campaigns.
- GPS Insight resulted in a unified system with leads being created in Hubspot, sent to Salesforce via automation. The Sales Process continued in Salesforce.
- Quotes were automatically sent to Adobe e-sign as a portion of the sales process, and signed quotes automated the finalization of the opportunity process in Salesforce.
- The finalized opportunities were sent to NetSuite automatically, creating the records for final billing a fulfillment from the Netsuite system.
