StreamForce Solutions LLC is a Florida-registered consulting firm providing GTM transformation, Salesforce implementation, M&A integration, analytics and managed services. For data collected through this website and our sales communications, StreamForce Solutions LLC is the data controller. Data processed during a client engagement is governed by the client contract rather than this policy.

02What we collect and why

When you visit this website, our server receives your IP address, browser type and the pages you view. This is standard and used only for security. We do not run analytics software or behavioral tracking.

When you book a call, you use Calendly, a third-party scheduling tool that collects your name, email and meeting preferences. We receive your booking details to prepare for the meeting.

When you email us, we receive whatever you share, typically your name, business email, company and topic. We use it to respond and, where appropriate, to follow up about our services.

How long we keep it. Inquiry data from non-clients is deleted after 24 months of no contact. Client contact data is kept for 7 years after contract end for legal and tax records. Server logs roll off after 90 days.

03What we never do

• We do not sell your personal information to anyone, ever.
• We do not share your data for advertising or behavioral targeting.
• We do not run analytics or session-recording scripts such as Google Analytics or Hotjar.
• We do not collect sensitive information through this site: no health data, financial account numbers, government IDs or biometrics.
• We do not collect data from anyone under 18. Our services are for business professionals.
• We do not use your data to train third-party AI models.

04Third-party services

One external service may handle your data when you use this site. Calendly handles scheduling when you book a call and receives your name, email, time zone and any meeting notes. It is a plain outbound link rather than an embedded widget, so nothing reaches Calendly unless you follow it.

Everything the pages need is served from this domain: typefaces, stylesheet, script and images. No font service, content delivery network or tag manager sees your visit.

05Your rights

We honor the following rights for everyone regardless of location: access, correction, deletion, opt out of sale or sharing, objection to marketing, withdrawal of consent, non-discrimination and portability under GDPR. To make a request, email compliance@streamforcesolutions.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We respond within 30 days under GDPR or 45 days under CCPA and CPRA, and we verify identity before acting.
